Q1. My login or password is invalid
Ans:

Login invalid
1.      Make sure you are using the correct log-in name you provided to Vinam Movies as your Login.  If you changed or updated your log-in name on the Vinam Movies site, your new log-in name now used for Login and not the one you initially used to register.
2.      Close all your browser windows and open a fresh browser window. Make sure you only have one browser window open.
3.      Clear your cookies by clicking the Internet Explorer Tools > Internet Options > Delete Cookies> OK.  (NOTE: If you want to manually delete only the Vinam Movies cookies, then click Tools > Internet Options > Settings > and View Files) For Mozilla/Firefox Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies.

      4.   Return to the Vinam Movies site, and log in. 

Password invalid
1.      Passwords are case sensitive. Make sure you enter your password with the same capitalization and spelling as when you created it.
2.      If it still doesn’t work, follow the link on the Login page to have your password emailed to your Login email address.
NOTE: If you do not receive your password email within 15 minutes, check your Bulk Mail or Spam folders.

Encryption is a process that involves scrambling the information you send in such a way that it becomes unreadable by anyone trying to intercept your information. When you register, complete a transaction, or give us personal information of any kind, that information is fully encrypted for your security and protection.

Q8. How long can I store a movie?
Ans:

Streamed and downloaded movies are available for 48 hours for continuous viewing. You may view your streamed movies for as many times as you like during this period. At the expiration of the viewing period the movie is scrambled and is no longer available for viewing.
 
However, for prepaid membership with UNLIMITED streaming plan, movies can be viewed again and again for the duration of the membership.
