Video Rentals
Vinam distributes rented movies through the services of United States Postal Services, USPS. Videos are shipped typically by first class service in prepaid envelopes for easy return. We do not warranty on actual delivery times of videos, as there may be several factors affecting delivery times outside the control of Vinam. These factors include, but not limited to: (a) availability of ordered videos; (b) destination address; (c) time of ordering; (d) mail handling scheduling of USPS; (e) other external and internal factors.

Disclaimers of Warranties and Limitations on Liability
The materials in this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable laws, Vinam disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
